Возможности использования визуальной oddball-парадигмы с эмоциональными лицами для пассивной оценки эмоциональных реакций

Наблюдается растущий интерес к разработке объективных методов оценки психоэмоциональных состояний. В настоящем исследовании предлагается подход на основе электроэнцефалографии (ЭЭГ) для выявления нейрофизиологических маркеров обработки эмоций. В исследовании приняли участие девятнадцать здоровых молодых взрослых, выполнявших визуальную oddball-задачу, в которой в качестве стандартных стимулов (80%) использовались счастливые лица, а в качестве девиантных (20%) – злые лица, отобранные из базы Karolinska Directed Emotional Faces. Парадигма была пассивной, поскольку участники одновременно выполняли слуховую задачу на подсчет. Регистрация ЭЭГ проводилась с использованием 64-канальной системы. Для выявления основных компонентов вызванных потенциалов (ERP) использовалась глобальная мощность поля (GFP), после чего применялись пермутационные статистические методы и распределенная реконструкция источников с использованием eLORETA. Эмоциональное состояние оценивалось до и после эксперимента с помощью шкалы дифференциальных эмоций. Компоненты ERP были выявлены приблизительно на 116 мс (P1), 204 мс (N170), 308 мс (P3) и 424 мс (N400). Реконструкция источников показала вовлечение затылочных, теменных и фронто-височных областей при обработке девиантных стимулов. После выполнения задания у участников наблюдалось значимое снижение негативных и тревожных эмоций. Эмоциональная oddball-парадигма в условиях одновременной когнитивной нагрузки вызывала последовательные компоненты ERP, отражающие раннюю сенсорную обработку и последующую оценку внимания. Обнаружение эмоциональных девиаций задействовало как затылочно-височные, так и фронто-теменные сети. Выявленная связь между вовлечённостью исполнительных функций и изменениями эмоционального состояния указывает на потенциальную применимость ЭЭГ-маркеров для объективной оценки обработки эмоций.
